The challenge was to design a dashboard that caters to two very different user types with distinct needs. Personal Accounts focus on job discovery, profile management, and application submission. Organizational Accounts focus on posting job openings, reviewing candidates, and managing hiring workflows.

ZINIO is an online platform designed to connect job seekers with top employers, allowing them to explore limitless opportunities and advance their professional journeys. The job board features two types of users: Personal Accounts for job seekers and Organizational Accounts for employers or hiring companies. The primary goal of the platform is to simplify job discovery, enhance user interaction, and create seamless experiences for both sets of users.
